Ma Wiri Wiri Pepper Sauce

I asked ajijoe how to use the Ma Wiri Wiri peppers that are forming on my plant. (seeds from Joe).  He said to look for a Guyanese recipe sauce on-line.  I found the one below.  It looks great!  I've noticed some of these Guyanese sauce recipes using unripe mangos.  This one is no different.  Thanks, Joe!

I think I remember reading either on Joes seed list or on the web that there are 2 types of Wiri Wiri and the Ma dictates one but I don't know what it stands for.

theres a smaller fruit species similar to Chaconese that comes from the same area and MA is short for Mother got thatr from my Guyanese buddy a few years ago
and yup thats the stuff i love it!!
