This is awesome ... somehow I can imagine not only using this as a dessert sauce covering apple pie, apple crumble, anything like that ... ice-cream ... as well as being awesome on chicken, pork, burgers ... this flavour would go with so many different things ... not too hot for me ... a nice pleasant warmth in the mouth ... great flavour ... and biting into the passionfruit seed at the end filled my mouth with a burst of sweetness ... awesome stuff ...
And help me convince MammaCass that this poves that the burn can go away and this is her first step to becoming a true chilli-fiend ... burn baby burn!

Welcome back MammaCass. It's good to have a reviewer who's heat tolerance isn't up there so that the average person can know what they're in for. Sometimes I don't realize how much of a difference there can be between someone who eats extremely spicy things all of the time and someone who doesn't. I'll bring a salsa or hot sauce to poker night sometimes to share with a bunch of friends who enjoy normal spicy things but aren't chile heads and it blows them away while I barely break a sweat. Sometimes you just forget that there can be such a difference so it's great to have MammaCass who  has a normal tolerance along side of yourself who has a much higher tolerance. This way you cover the experience from two points of view making a much better review. Looking forward to seeing more of both of you as well as Calais
