I've used some M.J.'s ale yeasts (green, purple, and blue), not the specific subset you are showing (red series) ...
Confession: I'm going to brew primarily with dry yeast, for every style where it's possible to do so effectively ...
whats wrong with dry yeast that would require a "confession"?
it just takes longer... hell half the brews require these massive starters anyway. might as well use yeast packets in the first place.
