Flavor overall good, not what I was expecting after so many jerk sauces. Fruity.
Heat level, not an immediate heat like Louisianne hot sauce, but it builds on you. I'd give it 5.
Time to feel it working through the bowels-8 hrs.
pretty good on fried pork skin, but I think I still prefer Louisianne Hot Sauce on my skins.
