Just tasted this pepper for the first time. I have to say it has an extremely pleasant flavor. It looks like a Jimmy Nardello, but packs a minor heat with no sweetness or bitterness. In fact, there's a noticeable saltiness; and a flavor reminiscent of cayenne, but much better IMO. I could definitely see myself snacking on them, but I have saucy plans for these gnarled beauties.

They look like Jimmy Nardellos, which is dangerous if my family gets them mixed up. :doh:
 
Oh, and they seem like easy going, prolific plants.
