May have overdone it yesterday...

Well folks,

I think I may have over done it yesterday. For lunch I ate Taco Bell... Double Decker and crunchy taco. Both slathered in CaJohn's Jolokia 10 sauce... then I went to the Hispanic grocery store thinking they might have fresh habs... but no dice. So I bought a bag of habanero kettle cooked chips, and some hab sauce. The chips were quite a let down... they tasted more like lime and salt than habanero, so I started covering them with my newly acquired hab sauce. Then I went to my parents house for dinner, where I found a package waiting for me from think geek. It had my ghost pepper candy balls, and my ghost pepper flakes... So of course I had to try one of the candies. Not as hot as I was expecting, but still had a bit of a kick to them. Then my dad and I made stir fry, and loaded it up with cayenne powder, cumin, garlic cloves, and onion powder. While we were making it, I was snacking on pickled jalapeno slices. [what can I say, I have been craving heat lately! :) ] Then I put some jolokia flakes on top of the stir fry once I had dished mine out.

By the time I got home, I had that burning feeling in my stomach... The kind where you aren't sure if you are going to have time to walk/run to the bathroom. I made it... [don't want to be too graphic here...] it was like 'Old Faithful', but upside down. My friend in the other room actually asked me if I was ok... lol.

So, I think I might be more careful about how much spice, and what combinations I ingest in the future. It could have just been the taco bell... but I think there were a few other culprits there...

+1 on the Taco Bell.

Its hard to actually classify their food as "food", considering all the chemicals and preservatives they put in there to boost profits.

Diarrhea is generally caused by eating too much of something that your body identifies as toxic (Taco Bell and potato chips are unnatural and toxic), and as a result, water is drawn into your stomach and bowels to flush out the toxic substances before they body can absorb too much.

Sounds logical. :) I don't eat potato chips very often, so they very well could have been the culprit [along with the taco bell]. In fact, I can't remember the last time before that...

I get stomach cramps if I even drive by a Taco Bell. Whatever you eat there doesn't even have to be spicy, and you'll be splatter painting later.

MREs kinda "stop me up...", so a trip by Taco Hell on the way home from the field always clears me out. Without MREs, I am not man enough to try it....

I usually meet with some guys from church there about once a week, but for the past several weeks I have been picking up Subway and taking it with me... perhaps my body just wasn't ready for that kind of abuse. :) Sounds like the consensus is Taco Bell == BAD.

TB here. I didn't do nuthin'. As far as blow outs are concerned, projectile pooping is a fine art and not easily mastered. Several super hots strategically inserted into a couple of beef chimichanga's for supper followed in the morning with a pot of coffee and a brand muffin will start one on the path of enjoying sheer terror in all its scatalogical glory. If'n you're not boiling the water in the toilet tank and scorching the bowl with hot magma mud, you're doing it wrong.

hahahaha Marcie. Would it be conceivable for a man to think any other way? I think not. You womenz all think alike and don't get
us men and how we really think.

Women want romance, men just want a place.
