remove them manually. then get some doctor bronners and some cold pressed neem oil. mix 1/2 tsp castile soap  and warm water in a quart spray bottle and then add 1 1/2 tsp - 2 tsp neem oil. shake vigorously to emulsify and then spray the hell out of your plant making sure to get underneath the leaves.  repeat every 3-5 days until infestation is gone (id do at least 3 applications to be safe)
