Misting System Success Stories?

102_0453.jpg

I know my garden hose with one end plugged is rough to say the least, but I like the ability to add sprays where wanted with a safety pin going in at whatever angle I want the water coming out. In the temps you are talking about I would think AJ's setup watering to the soil would be more water efficient and give the ability to water mid-day, which with that heat and sun is better then misting mid-day IMO.

justaguy...that is a good idea...however, the misting system I am talking about is not to water the plants, the drip fertigation system will still be used...it is simply to try and lower the temperature...I don't care if any gets to the soil

Dude, this thread is already very helpful. Very informative discussion. I'm looking forward to seeing what you put together, and if there's a 'cheat' for helping to produce fruit throughout the summer.

Hope so!!
