I noticed some inconsistency with mine last year. First round of pods weren't exactly true to type. Eventually they came around tho.

again.. remember.. seeds i sent out were from STEVE954's grow.. so the seeds i sent out were 2nd gen US grown seeds

Did your first pods look similar to these?

They werent quite as wonky and gnarly as those but similar looking. Some had spikes and tails. Ill have to find some pics when I get back to TN.
