Mold

We use a H2O2 mix of 2oz H2O2 to 14oz water (tv=16oz). We use it to spray the soil surface lightly every few days or when we see the white fuzzies popping up. Doesn't add much water at all, and I stand by the peroxide for better and stronger plant growth. Plants are greener and healthier in my experience.

I raised African Violets years ago. A trick those folks used was Lysol. Not the stuff in a spray can but the concentrate in a small bottle. Mix it like the directions say , put it in a small spray bottle and mist the mold. The idea is to hit the mold , not soak the soil. Works great. African Violets are fairly wimpy and it never harmed them.

Try bottom watering, so that the top soil stays dry

Actually I have been bottom watering, I may have just let them stay in a bit long :)
I have actually used cinn now and some vinegar and problem seems to have cleared up. Thanks for all the great advice
