I've bought sweet potatoes that sat and sat but never sprouted. I assumed they got irradiated. Kinda creeped me out.

Well. The yammy saga has come to a close. Sort of..

Here it is all souped up. The sprouting section now sits in my garden bed hopefully to make future baby yams

Awesome Colour, Last time I got them from an Asian market I made Pie, supper sweet, think I added raisins
