morning, afternoon, & evening, all...

i'm hoping someone has a bunch of it stocked without realizing what they have or that they have it, and then they, miraculously, put word out they have it, like finding that ...
Buy the big ass Frank's and add sugar.
lol, no, my friend, the other 'wingers' is more like a bbq sauce than a 'true' 'normal' 'old style' louisiana, cayenne chicken wing sauce, again, i don't doubt that it's good, i'm sure it is however for me it's like 'new' coke versus 'old' coke, lol, i want the original 'old' coke & not the 'pepsi' wannabe 'new' coke, same with the 'old' wingers, i want the hot sauce minus the sugary bbq sauce of the 'new' wingers, lol...

I'm talking about the one you want.

I'm not the one who posted about the other Winger's. I posted about the one you love and there is sugar in it, I posted the ingredients label. It has the same exact ingredients as Frank's but they add sugar. To replicate your favorite sauce try adding sugar to Frank's. And if you want a foodservice size, they make it. Done.

My advice would be to add some sugar to Frank's. Same thing but has sugar. Might add a little salt too since they add it twice, "salt to taste" as they say. Not tangy enough? More vinegar. Done.

lol, my apologies, all the years i've eaten it i never picked up on any sweetness, there is none, so my mind bypassed that on the ingredients list, you are absolutely correct, it does have sugar, don't i feel like a dumbass, lol, i'll give it a shot with the frank's as you suggested to see if i can get close to the taste and smell, thanks much for your perseverance to wake my old ass up, lol, i'll let you know if it works, thanks much again...

Hey no worries, if you never detected sweetness that just means they didn't use a lot, and probably used it to balance the acidity for a smooth wing sauce. So start small adding it to Frank's and see how it goes. Have some cayenne pepper powder (100% cayenne) or puree on hand to add if it gets a little weak. I think you can nail this.
