Late to this thread, but my comment isn't about peppers. My coworker is from Rockford and last year (was it last year?) he came to work vindicated one morning because Cheap Trick was finally elected to the Rock HOF. When I saw that video posted in the first message, I thought of that

weather is really slow , not a day over 72 up to june 3rd. keeping the ladies at bay ,
a couple of the pumpkin BBGS , starting to get some lower growth tho ,

Perfect weather for putting the pre-flowering growth on; you'll do fine
 
I'd love to have some 60° in the morning and 80° in the afternoon for about 6 more weeks

Sounds about like here... We've been mid-40s to low 50s. Looking forward to warmer weather so the plants can really stretch their legs! [emoji106]

Most def. keeping them at bay , nothing over 72 up to june 4 , I believe it was somewhat like this last yr. tons of rain with it . Hopefully it warms up soon , if not for the plants then for the bones ! lol

Beautiful looking plants. My BBG pumpkins have the same growth pattern. I just potted up the extras.

I think I'm going to keep all my plants. Can't find homes locally. I've got a lot of potting up to do.

5 and 7 , 3's for the late plants ,   hows yours doing ?

We're slowly building to 80's here, but otherwise, our
weather is a mirror of yours.  Even at that, it looks
good compared to what we had in May!

If you can believe it, it's been cooler here as well. Mid to high 80's with a touch of 90's. Still setting pods, which this time of year is quite unusual. I'll take it!

Been here in Nashville and memphis this week and its been 87 and nice and warm , a few tiny showers but thats it ,

Thanks Chuck !  Had a great time ,  beautiful down there as well as where your at , my youngest son  worked / lived in a little town between Colorado springs and Denver , about an hour out .  Sent me a lot of pics . beautiful also .
