freezing here ! can't stand winter . working that shoulder as i type , P.T. 3 TIMES A WEEK and 3 times a day , still sore as sh!t in different spots . also tight can tell some muscle been cut off . still in the recliner been 36 days since surgery . still not driving . stabilizer muscle across the back really gets a hurting . no fun thats for sure ! my left arm is sore from using it all the time .Devv said:And cold here too! I had a labrum repair many years ago and I just started going to a chiropractor this past year that does more soft tissue (in the shoulder) massage than adjustments and it seems to help.
