Keep working that shoulder!
freezing here !  can't stand winter .  working that shoulder as i  type , P.T. 3 TIMES A WEEK and 3 times a day , still sore as sh!t in different spots . also tight can tell some muscle been cut off .  still in the recliner been 36 days since surgery . still not driving . stabilizer muscle across the back really gets a hurting .  no fun thats for sure !   my left arm is sore from using it all the time .
Did you have a decent fall crop ?

Getting colder here, as well - balmy low 30's.

I spoke too soon, buddy - we are slated for low
20's and teens the next few nights. Brrrrrrrrrr...

YOU stay warm down there!

Hey Frank. Glad your coming along with your recovery. Hope you get well soon.

Have a Merry Christmas.

Oh, on Scotts glog my sentence was suppose to say "I'll have to get YOU some seeds soon" LOL

I think I'm done with seeds this year. Anything your looking for, let me know.

Thanks bud.

Time for all of us to stay warm! We have a nasty cold front (by our standards) coming late Saturday. Sunday "might" hit 40°, Monday morning around 27°, highs below 40°. For us that's cold when April to October can be 90's. I'll be stocking the firewood rack by the front door in the morning!

Keep that shoulder work going. When I was in rehab for injuries, they applied heat before, did the stretches, then the exercises, then we did ice. No fun my friend, but the key to success! When I did the AC/shoulder separation in 85' it took me close to 2 years before I could sleep on my right side. And I still rehab it 30 years later, just so it feels almost normal..LOL

Tom Petty sang "You never slow down, you never grow old". I think it's working, gonna die trying ;)

BRRRRR, That is cold for yous !  Yeah thats how we di it ,  heat , warm ups , exercise , ice ,

I can see why it took 2 years till you can sleep on it . I'm  still sleeping in the recliner , just got back from the DOC's ,  keeping me home for 6 more weeks ,  been 6 weeks now since surgery .  He did release me for short drives , but must put sling on before going outside and in stores . ended up with 2 tears , 6 anchors put in . SUCKS !

Norcos , don't help . But like you said therapy is the key !  Looks like i'm a candidate to move south as soon as possible !  sure won't take this cold and humidity very well in my golden years ! lol   We do have family down in Fort Worth , maybe your neck of the woods .  we'll see , depends on if i make it to 63 !

Stay safe and warm my friend !

Frank, That is a serious shoulder repair.  I agree with Scott in that it takes a very long time to maybe getting close to 100%.  I had a labrum repair many years ago and I just started going to a chiropractor this past year that does more soft tissue (in the shoulder) massage than adjustments and it seems to help.  Best of luck to you and your recovery!

THANKS MY FRIEND !

I had to chuckle, about the recliner, sorry. Reason being, I brought one into the bedroom for "bad nights" about 6 months ago. Sometimes it's the only way I can sleep. Play/work hard and pay. But damnit, I wouldn't trade a minute, not a minute of the fun, regardless of how I feel in the morning..LOL. I hear people at work say, "I see you're limping", "well only the first 10 steps, then things get moving some" (like me). "Gotta live!"

Heal well!

And have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years!
I'll be doing some traveling to see the parents and will be "out there" ;)
