Very thin consistency. A heat level of 2 at best. Slight tongue burn. I tried this on turkey meatloaf. It didn't tasted like any specific pepper just that it had some heat. It might be good mixed with something else but does not satisfy own its own as a topper. Vivid green color.
I was not a big fan of this one either. Just nothing that jumped out about it. I did however, really enjoy the ghost pepper one. Really intense for a store bought salsa.
