while on vacation I visited a restraunt called Mud Bugz in nebraska. the owners were displaced during Katrina a few years back and decided to stay and open a cajun restruant. I had to try the Mud Bugs they had - considering I had never had them before. It came with a sausage, corn and potato. I have to say although they were a little bit of work they were very good. Spicy but not too much. The melted butter for dipping was good and spicy. I will have to have them again sometime.

(now i see why they recommend 3 to 5 lbs per person not a whole heck of a lot of meat on them)
 
How embarrassing is this? I live about 45 minutes away from this place and didn't even know it existed. Thanks for the heads up pp.
