cuisines Must haves if you like to cook Asian foods

Cooking oils.
 
Peanut oil if you are a "purist" but i normally get Rice Bran oil. Very high smoke point and its one of the healthier oils to use. Refined coconut oil sure makes stuff taste good though without the coconut flavor.
 
These are the two brands i usually get. I prefer the King brand but availability has been spotting lately.

Gamma One took its place at my larger market.

If you are not concerned about the health benefits of unrefined coconut oil this one has almost no coconut flavor. Even Walmart has it. Stuff sure seems to taste good cooked in it

Had to bump this after trying........
 
Kikkoman reduced sodium Tamari and Kikkoman gluten free soy sauce which is also basically a Tamari (no wheat soy sauce). I normally don't buy Kikkoman but i do get the reduced sodium occasionally just to cut back but both of these are fairly good and widely available.
