chinense Mustard Habanero

Was just browsing the site of a french seed store, Canada or France, I'm not sure, but they carry a "mustard habanero".

Is the most interesting color I have seen. Has anyone already grown these?

I think that one is fairly common, as I've seen it aound on various vendor's sites.

I know Pepper Joe carries it.

Nice color on it too.

Tried one last year compliaments of either buddy or patrick, sorry don't remember. The sucker is pretty big and to do a 1/4 piece is pretty big. Way hotter than I expected it to be, alot hotter than an orange hab. :onfire: :mouthonfire:

I grew them last year. Heres a picture i took.

Neat looking from the pics, so will be definitely on the list for next year.
"Aji Joe", please tell me more. I googled the name, but could not find much. Would be interesting to know how they ended up with this color. Cross of chocolate with yellow?

they are great. they don't yeild as much as chocolate hab but they are a little hotter. what they lack in yeild , they make up for with impressive pods. this hab has to be in the top 2 or three as far as hottest of the habs. a lot of comapnies have this on too. easy to find.

Those Mustard Habs are huge!

And they must be pretty dang hot if they are hotter than a Chocolate habanero.

What is the flavor like on these Habs Ed?
