My Christmas Sauce

A friend of my boss just dropped off a good size box of persimmons from his tree this morning. So I will be making my friends and family's favorite hot sauce for the Holidays, Persimmon Sauce. This will be my weekend project and I will be able to break in my new Blentec blender as well. I will post pics afterwards.
 
The Blentec is a monster watch the lid I've had to clean up a pretty big mess a couple of times :)
 
Pictures coming soon I made 21 bottles. I only used half of my persimmons.

For some reason the color in the pic is different than the real color in the bottled sauce

I ended up just using persimmons, 15 Bishops Crown Peppers, 2 Thai and 2 Cherry Peppers, 3 cups of water, 1 cup ACV, 1 Large Sweet Onion and 1 TBS salt . It made 144 oz of uncooked sauce and 110 oz of cooked sauce. My neice and sister in law are allergic to garlic so I left it out of the recipe.
