My daily sauce.

I make a raw, semi-raw, or fully cooked sauce about every week and a half to two weeks. I don't measure or count anything,Kept in fridge. the last 4 ingredients are not from my garden.
I used

Tomatillos
Onions
Piquin
Serranos
Anaheim
Praire fire peppers
Dried Bhuts Jolokia
Garlic
Salt
Vinegar
I just use whatever i got, it could be red or green depends on what's in season.I don't peel or de-seed anything. It all goes into the blender with a little water.
