Thought I would post my progress so there is more information for people interested in LED lights. Personally I'm really satisfied from what my low wattage light can do 
This plant I was only suppose to overwinter, to my surprise it's starting to produce peppers even though only half of the plant is under the light, rest is partially shaded. It's an Orange Caribbean Habanero plant.
