My everyday sauce is not a very well known one. It's "Salsa la valentina". I'm quite partial to it because it was what I was used to eating during my childhood in Mexico. I live in Peru now and I go through the large bottle every two months, sometime even a month sometimes if I do alot of cooking that month.
It also available from a site called mexgrocer.com, but their shipping charges to South America are just out of my budget.
