Looks hot, blue, and righteous to me. What was the final heat to sweet ratio?

Cheers, TB.

way more heat than sweet, i think the dried apricots just complimented the other flavors and didnt make it very sweet at all

this has become the households best hot sauce. only one bottle left :( so we are going to try and duplicate it again, only problem we are finding is that i cant find any local stores with scotch bonnets.

this has not lost its heat and has actually gotten way better flavor as it aged.

Great job, has to my favourite pepper ! Should also try it with the yellow scotch, it would bring out a more yellow colour !

Great Job, wish i had enough scotch bonnet to do the same !
