My first peppers plants

Been 6 days an no one's showed up yet.

Here's a pic of the them while I anxiously await.

From left to right:

Jalapeno M
Cali Wonder
Tomatillo
Garden Salsa Hybrid
Jamaican Hot chocolate

I started spraying them with diluted worm tea today. just a squirt for now.

I'd put plastic wrap over the ones that have not poked out yet. If the top inch of soil drys out even for a short period of time, you can kiss those seeds goodbye.

Make sure you keep the light right on top of them. I didn't for the first few days and they ended up being too long and then and I had to bury them deep to fix the problem. Good luck and keep us updated on the progress.

This is from Wednesday. 6-4-09

Jamaican hasn't shown up yet

Yeah I got a bunch more in the sink. Little pots are like .40- .50 cents and the yogurt cups are about same size, and I was gonna recycle them anyways so now I get dual usage.

Wonder where my Jamaicans are??? They have a long grow period so maybe they're slow to germinate.

I do, but tend to keep most of them for storing bits of stuff I make.

Most of the time now I'll use a cut-down styro cup or a Jiffy.

I just need to master bottom watering. I assume I can just put them in a cup of water for a few minutes and they'll be good to go?
