Have yet to try a super hot, I have tried a orange habanero and can eat them like nothing. I have ordered some dried chocolate ghost peppers, what should I expect heat wise?

A dull and stout heat that builds and lasts a good while with a nice earthy flavor. Ghost pepper is an earthy flavor as it is, it'll be moreso since you went with chocolate.
You're gonna wanna buy fresh pods when they're available. Nothing beats them.
