Hey All,

I have been brewing five gallon batches since 1994. I have had my same all-grain system since 1995 or 1996 with very few upgrades. So after looking at all of the new cool systems to choose from, I think I have decided on my next brew system. Next year I plan to buy one of these:

I see what you are saying. My current setup is simple and it was not very expensive to build, and I still love it, and it does what it needs to do. The systems on that site are a bit over the top, but they come with everything. This pdf shows what's included and the available options for each type of brew sculpture:

To each his/her own, though. Since I keg my beer now, I have wanted to move up to 10 gallon batches. I have always liked the idea of a circulating mash system, too. If I incorporate both wishes into a new system, then I will have to basically start over with equipment. I figured that a commercially designed system would take the effort out of everything and I could just put my energy into making some decent ale!

Are you getting that $2500 complete setup? Looks nice if not a little expensive.

Yes, I am going with the 1550 system. I'm getting a few upgrades, so it will be a bit more than that.
