My Name is Jay, I am from Alberta Canada

My wife brought home from her Opas house a 15lb box of peppers from BC. The peppers were too hot for Opa, they were hot! I think there were an Arapaho or burning ring type pepper, pretty hot when raw, not bad after fermentation. So I fermented them and tried to make ot sauce to make Opa proud. Opa passed away, now his seeds are grown every year. I think they hybridized and aren't as hot as they originally were, but my wife thinks they are Ops peppers.

I planning my peppers to plant and have some ideas and questions, so here I am. lol
