I'm growing at two different locations here in Cape Town, South Africa. The one location is about 70 peppers in the ground. The other location they are all in pots. Here are the ones I'm growing in pots:
This section has some seedlings of 7pot burgandy, yellow and red. On the top of the table you can see the Poblano, some herbs and at the back are seedlings of serrano and jalapeno. There is also a Maruga Scorpion in the foreground with fruit.
Here you can see the main Pobano and Pasilla area. Great for poppers. Some seedlings of 7pot and other habaneros.
There are two Maruga Scorpions in the foreground as well as a Naga Viper. Among these are two yellow peter peppers.
A big poblano and aji cito and Congo red and 7pot seedlings.
Aji Cito - One year old. Very nice flavor - fruity and mildly hot.
Another Aji Cito.
The hottest pepper I have ever tried.
Maruga Scorpion - Blisteringly hot, even my gums hurt from eating them. My stomach also hurt a few hours later. Amazing color and a little bit fruity (but more heat than anything else) - incredible heat.
I suspect this is a Naga Viper as that is how the seeds were labelled. Could be a hybrid or something else as it does not look like the Nagas on the internet that I have seen. Incredibly hot like the Maruga, not many seeds in the pod - maybe one or two at most. This plant is one year old.
I'll take some photos of the ones in the ground next week and upload them. The ones in the ground are mostly mild ones such as Jalapeno and Poblanos. A few of the super hots as well.
