Wow those thai really took off since the last pics. Looks like SB #2 is hanging a couple lil pods. Sweeeeeeet!
i fed them miracle grow 18-18-21 yesterday and they really grew over night lol
there is no pods yet, sadly. just little flower buds

Good lookin' plants, man! Three caribbean reds, huh? That's awesome - those are definitely my favorite pepper. Have you had one before? I have two OWs that I started back in January, 2012. They BURIED me in pods last year. I dehydrate most of them and pop 'em like candy! I have several pics of this year's overwintering process in my glog.
If you're limited on season length and grow space I would highly recommend OWing a handful (even one or two) of your favorite and healthiest looking plants. It's amazing how quickly an OW plant can wake up, flower, and pod up in spring. And your first harvest won't be a few peppers here and there, either. They start strong and only get better!
As far as light requirements for OWs goes, they don't need a whole lot (MUCH less than is required to allow a plant to produce). They just need enough to keep 'em alive until they go outside again.

Great video...time lapse always blows my mind..wish I could get my reaper to take off....it's revolting at the moment... ;)
i have my reaper under lights 24/7 and only water it when the leaves start to droop, the time lapse helps a lot because i can watch it start to droop then water and watch it spring back up again lol. it has 4 true leaves on it now and soon it will have 6, the last two only took a couple days to come out, i had an accident with it as well. my cat likes to come in my room and snoop and she unplugged the cam once, and this time she knocked the plant over, i had to repot it and it didnt like that, the whole plant took a bow, but its up and growing not even 3 hrs later

edit:you can see in the last pic of the reaper the 4th set coming out, well they are 2 times the size of that and will be pushing out the 6th set

looking good man, love time lapse.

Watched a cool time lapse of some peppers in hydro, its insane how much they grew at night.(no idea where i found the video, but it wasnt on here)

it is always interesting. I have 7 chinense in the aerogarden, they are growing so fast i can hardly believe it. When they get a little bigger ill put them in a DWC system and have some monsters for next year ( dont tell the old lady she will have a fit)

thanks, i plan to make some more beds out there, for next year, the soil in those is so soft and fluffy everything thrives in there lol.
as for the taters i have a tater fork, i hate digging them up as well but that fork makes it a little easier, plus the ground there is soft as well

I did containers last year, this year I am trying raised beds.I luuuuuuv it.My watering will be less and drainage is better in the storms with the beds. Also helps with the bunnies,They have to get passed my cayenne pepper on the lips of the beds before they get to my plants.Ha suckers.

haha poor bunnies, oh well they deserve it for getting in there!   i have an issue with chipmunks, i have killed 15 of the little buggers and there is still more. i dont know where the hell they are coming from but i wish they would go away!
i cant plant my peppers in the ground, my season is not long enough, i have 6 planted by the potatos that are not in any of the pictures because they are so small its ridiculous, there is 2 scotch bonnets, 2 ring of fire and 2 of the thai hots.  i have 4 of each total, 2 each in pots and 2 each in the ground and the pots are 4 times the size of the ones in the ground, same dirt surrounding them, same feedings, watering (unless it rains i cover my pots)  and still very small. and they were all started at the same time. so for my peppers its pots and only pots. plus that way i can move them with the sun lol
