My second attempt at hot sauce

Hey all. My first attempt was several years ago and ended up a complete waste of good peppes (that recipe sucked). My second attempt was this evening with Texas Blues' recipe located here: http://www.thehotpepper.com/topic/9040-habanero-pina-hot-sauce/.

This sauce is sweet and hot and absolutely delicious!!! Thank you so much for posting this TB I can't wait to put it all over everything.

The bottle is a dead soldier and we thank him for his sacrifice. So ignore the label. Don't judge me ;)

I did too, did a couple here and there's different, added some Caribbean Red papaya causer I had some, etc.- nothing too crazy off it tho.

Very good recipes. Will do again! I second the big ups to TB!
