seeds My seedlings are getting sunburned?

So these seedlings have been growing indoors for almost a week now (after they sprouted) and yesterday I placed them outside for 5 hours or so and they were fine, today I left them outside for only a couple hours until I noticed that some of the leaves look like they are shrinking and have yellow spots. Those seem way too small for outdoors imho, wait for 3 sets of true leaves first.

So I can't get them used to the sun yet?

I don't think that's the problem since I've done it before. But they seem stunted when grown in full sun from seedling to me

And is there anything I can do with these? Can they recover? Or are they dead?
