Well ya all know the Taco Bell Crunchwrap, I figured I'd make my own version.
It's a soft-taco size flour tort spread with Rosarita Zesty Salsa refried beans and spread with my trusty ElYucteco Hab sauce. (if you wanted a more covered version, just use a larger tort)
Then I dusted it w/ orange hab powder, chili powder, onion & garlic powder, jalapeno salt, black pepper, and topped with cheddar-jack.
Then, on top of that I placed a corn tostada also spread with the beans, minced onion, shredded turkey breast, minced cilantro, more hab & bih/birdseye/chipotle powders, black pepper, and topped with more cheese and some diced jalapenos for color.
Put in toaster oven @ 300F for about 5 minutes so it'd soften up and start melting..then used a spatula to fold the edges in using the now melty cheese to hold them down. Let it go a few more minutes until done.
