wordwiz, the basil is the one furthest to the right, it's quite big actually! Never thought it would grow that much. Yes, this window really makes it nice to be here, would be much more boring without all these charming plants. =)wordwiz said:
Pepperfreak, glad you like them, those two, the Lemon and the euphorbia lophogona (trädtörel in Swedish) are really my babies since I've been growing them from scratch. They've moved with me and lived four different places. The Lemon I just took seeds from a lemon I ate, so try that! The euphorbia lophogona drops seeds all the time so if you want I can send you some. Both plants are 3 years old, so it takes a while for them to get big obviously. jacob, what you got was a shoot from a lemon tree planted in a pot, therefore maybe they choose to call it "dwarf" since it was like a small version of the big tree. Apparantly it liked your treatment. =) If you grow lemon from seed it takes between 30 to 40 years to grow fruit (if you get any at all) according to my local florist. On the net I found all different information, but I'm guessing it depends on the kind of lemon.jjs7741 said:

I love my window, fun thing is it's actually facing north. So I'm amazed at how well the plants like it. The angle makes for more sun during morning and evenings during the summer. Winter offers no direct sunlight at all.Ballzworth said:
