My mother in law brought me these sun dried peppers from Jalpan, Queretaro Mexico. She has no idea what they're called except for the fact that they grow them in abundance. Have 6 of these growing right now. The powder I made from them has slightly more heat and sorta tastes like cayenne ... though not sure on flavor since they were dry.
