This pepper plant isn't like any of the chinense I've grown before. It had a sturdier build - thicker stems - and the foilage is darker green. Pepper pods have some dark mottling on them but obviously it's still growing. Any ideas? The seed was in a mystery pack.
Several nodes have multiple flowers-pods... But not all of them. You can see the stems are fuzzy too. I think this might have come out of a package that was labeled as a goat weed pepper BUT the leaves do not have that delicate bonsai look... Nor are the pods black, thin & tapered as I would expect in goat weed.
It looks to me like it might be a GoatsWeed cross. My GoatsWeed last year had all that you mentioned and pods that all grew upright, also. You definitely titled this thread correctly. Lol
