Name that Pepper!

That's right, step right up and name that pepper!:)

This is one of my "where the hell did the marker go" peppers. Hope you guys can help me out with it. I've got a couple more too.

1 of 80,000 or so varieties of pepper. Starts out green, ripens to some other color.

Jalapeno is a good enough guess.
 
those are baby peppers... ;)

have no clue until I can see the pods...even then it may be a stretch...

I had a similar looking pod last year and was confused until I realized that I had swapped one cayenne and one banana. Here is a pic.

Pretty sure it has to be one of these:

Cajamarca, 2
Chocolate Habanero Long, 2
Inca Berry, 2
Marconi, 3
Marconi, Giant, 2
Sweet Banana Long, 2
Yellow Hab, 2

Hope that helps. I thought flowers were a good way to ID peppers.
 
Could be marconi, could be banana. Could be a super duper hypo cross that you just came upon. Watch out, it might eat you.
