need help, leaf problem

I dont know what is wrong, i was thinking magnesium def, now thinking iron or ph.. anyone help me out?
all the new leaves are shriveled up and white really small..

i was giving it fish/kelp ferts just about it and whatever is in soil

just got a ph tester came up 7.8 - 8

whats best way to lower the ph?
