Need help, some kind of disease or something

10 days ago ive repoted all my peppers to their final destination under the sun... 3 days later, almost all peppers was started to lose leaves and some strange goldish color appeared on the leaves... and they were really soft and tender, like someone pour acid on them...
 
in first few days ti was rainy with some wind, but i dont think thats a problem... outdoor day temp is aprox 20C, by night 8-10 C...
 
what did go wrong? aleppo and hot wax are normal, other 10 varieties are affected

Plus one for the sunburn those white ones deffo burned, new leaves that will grow will tolerate the sun but you will need to shade them if you want no further damage. It will deffo set your plants back for some weeks tho.
 
they were in the shade for almost a month... im not worried for few weeks setback, its still spring here in croatia... 
 
im confused because, its not hot here... 20C max, in reality 17C every day...
 
and those white leafs are not white, they are goldish, like someone sprayed them with gold...
 
Sunburnt and most likely a bit shocked by lower soil temperature. I've had one seedling in a pot I had moved out a while ago. Same story...
