Need help with my potting mix

I'm a newbie with growing peppers.
I've done some research online but I don't know what the proper ratio of this materials.
Sphagnum peat moss
Coco coir
Perlite
Vermicast or vermicompost
Compost
Agri lime
I'm using Traditional Masterblend formula
Appreciate your help
 
For simplicity I'd say one part of everything would make a good mix. *Except for the lime you don't need much, it's like 4 tbsp per 5 gallons of peat
