Everyone says "NITRILE GLOVES" which are good if used in proper sequence. An ounce of prevention~~~~In the right situation can save ....well....you know......
Pay attention to the details-
Wear nitrile gloves while processing chiles.
When the "urge to go" hits...remove capsaicin laced gloves.
* CRITICAL NOTE HERE*
While headed to the loo, grab another pair of nitrile gloves.
Put on the fresh pair of gloves, take care of biz, dispose of the glove when done.
Wash hands, dry well, don another pair of gloves and continue the chile work.
