Need Id mutant hah or ghost cross?

Bought two sad orphan plants at wally world in the spring one said ghosy one was a haberanero. One died not sure which but the remaining plant it huge super productive and a mystery. The green peppers look like little scorpions but mature into long orange wrinkled bumpy oddballs. I think an accidental hab cross but with what?
