need info on sauce storage

im just wondering how long it would store and if it needs to be refrigerated 
 


  •  1 small onion -- chopped
    2 cloves garlic -- chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup carrots -- chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 Habanero chilies (3 or 4) -- minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt


 
 
Spend a few bucks at Wally world and buy a case of canning jars the size you want and buy a hot bath canning pot and canning book ; they should be in the same area  . It will cost you around 40 bucks and you can hot bath can your sauce ( just follow the instructions in book ) I have hot sauce that is 2 yrs, old and still very good , Plus you buy new lids and you can reuse the jars ,also you can use mayo jars becuz the ring on top is same as canning jars .
