NEED SOME HELP POSTING PICS

HELLO ALL
i usually dont like to ask for help or take
as many of you know i never have much success in posting pics here because for me its too complicated and i hate photo sites also my computer is old and at this time i cant afford another
 
i really could use some assistance here to post some pics to my grow log
 
can anyone help??

Edit-  Hope the following helps.

Ok we will use the following image upload site as an example
 
http://postimg.org
 
1.  Click browse and locate the image you want to use.  Select it and hit open, or ok if it's listed.  Select family safe and then upload button on the site.

2.  Once it has uploaded scroll down a bit and click on the "copy to clipboard" button beside the link listed as "direct link"

3.  Come back here, and click on the image button in the reply form.  A box will pop up.  Simply right click in the form and select paste.  Then hit ok.

Once you have hit ok the image is now in the reply and ready for you to post.  :)

You're not alone Joe: I don't post pics because I can't figure it out. I joined Dropbox and Photobucket. Can't make it work. There's another forum I like because it's so simple to include a picture.

So, what did you get the warning point for?
 
For those who are having trouble, do you have an account on photobucket or flickr or similar?
 
If you have an account there, do you know how to upload pictures to that site?
 
Well Juanitos, I gave your suggestion a try, with no success as usual. I clicked upload photos, I dragged the pictures, but I couldn't drop them into the box. Got the little "You can't do this" icon, a circle with a diagonal bar. Failed again!
 
edit: But wait, there's more! I clicked Open on the picture, and it went into Google.

i can see im not alone here in this
 
well i guess im not gonna post my pics and i really hate bothering others for help everytime i wanna post pics
 
why cant this site just do what some of the others do and have an auto program that you can just take them right from your computer and post them istead of going through a photo site?
 
sad shame too i also have some vacation pics i wanna show everyone of my vacation/fishing trip where i caught 3 huge YELLOW CHANNEL CATFISH on friday night at Lake Wallenpaupack PA
 
i wish there was a simpler way but i have been waiting for this on here since i joined and still have not seen any change to a easier way
not everyone including myself is a computer geek, so what about it why not??

if you take pics with andriod phone and download the google photos app, it will automatically upload the pictures(when you're on wifi). then you just copy paste the link onto here.
that's what i do so i don't have to do any dragging / dropping, plug in camera/sd to computer that gets old.
 
anyways, sorry about the bump to dead topic lol

this is true and it's what I use.  Figured it would be easier to teach every one using a simpler site though

Left click individual picture to enlarge
Right click on that picture
Click on View Image Info
Copy image location
come back here
Click on image icon right under smiley face
paste link you just copied
