overwintering Need some suggestions for what to grow this winter.

I have 20x20 area I can use and already plan a large helping of Yummy Orange, in fact I just ordered 250 seeds today from Seedway. Definitely doing the growlog on those too.
Definitely my fav sweet pepper!!

The hottest I've had is probably Jalapenos but the commercial kind and I kinda wanna eat what I'm gonna grow too.

Currently have:

2x Bhut
1x Scorpion
1x Aje 1
1x aje 2
1x Grenada Seasoning
1x Devil Tongue
1x Scotch Bonnet
1x Trin Perfume
1x Harold something
and 1 other I can't recall the name but left the tag on it.

I've thinking Billy Biker would be good or are they way hotter then commercial jalapenos? Any other suggestions would be welcomed. If Bhut is extreme and Scotch is Hot I'd probably stay under those for now.

For Winter Rocotos do very well or at least mine do as they prefer cooler temps. You can get them from totally tomatoes

I meant I'm gonna get them started now, so their 6"-1' when it's time to go outside.
