I have finally finished my mild version hot sauce. This hot sauce is like most traditional Louisiana sauces being a lil thin and needing an orifice reducer.

Wiki'ed your city and may have a couple;

Due to geography, "Run to the hills" My fave, but probably for a HOTT one.
or "Crossroads" - and you could number them 1-10 on heat rating.
or "Route 277-Louisiana style"
Maybe "Big Easy" to denote it's low heat?
or "Loose-Easy-Anna Red"
 
I like Swamp Water if it's brown or green, but not red.
