I cook and bottle (hot fill) sauce in small batches (generally 24-48 bottles at a time). I have been using the old fashion ladle and funnel method to fill the bottles. Obviously this is messy and very time consuming. I would like to purchase a stock pot with a built in faucet tap to simplify the filling process. Don't want to spend a lot of $$$ and don't need anything larger than 4 or 5 gallons. Any bottling advice or specific product recommendations would be great!
