Need to up my bottling game! Please help.

I cook and bottle (hot fill) sauce in small batches (generally 24-48 bottles at a time). I have been using the old fashion ladle and funnel method to fill the bottles. Obviously this is messy and very time consuming. I would like to purchase a stock pot with a built in faucet tap to simplify the filling process. Don't want to spend a lot of $$$ and don't need anything larger than 4 or 5 gallons. Any bottling advice or specific product recommendations would be great!

check out brewing supplies, they have SS kettles with spigots on the bottom,  might have to put some kind of adapter or reducer on the spigot to get it small enough to fit into bottles.
