Neem oil???

Just got some neem oil from Home Depot. First time using so had two options. One buy it premixed a lot more expensive or concentrated a lot better of a buy. Twice the price but a lot more treatments offered. Bought .it in concentrate. Better option for me. I'm poor. So just looking over the directions and had several thoughts.

First question is this stuff organic?? Reason I bought it cause I wanted something organic. But right underneath that it states caution keep out of reach of children.

Funny reading thru the directions it's kinda funny.
Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing
Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, or using tobacco.
If on skin rinse immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes.

Environmental hazards.
Do not apply directly to water
Toxic to bees if exposed to direct treatment.

Mixing instructions
Mix half an ounce per quart of water frequently mixing as you spray .
Thought I was gonna mix up a gallon and go to town.

Just a couple concerning things to read. I understand they have to listed everything under the kitchen sink but man I thought I was just gonna come outside and mix and spray.

Guess I'm gonna be out here for a minute. Bad news no grilling. Good news lots of beer in the fridge. Looks like the kids are eating pizza tonight.

Thoughts or experiences with neem oil please?

I read it comes from an evergreen tree or bush (citation needed),I wouldn't eat it.  It has worked well for me compared to the dish soap methods.  I don't use it unless desperate needs call for desperate deeds though.  For what it's worth.

It's a better fungicide than an insecticide I am told. What did you buy it for?
I put neem cake in my soil to help with any bug problems but have never had a need for it foliar.
Also, all neem products from most big name stores are going to be sub-par. The only really good neem comes from India I am told.

When I spray with neem often, I get a lot on my hands and arms and have never had a problem. It is basically just oil extract from seeds, pretty straight forward.

I successfully took out a spider mite problem recently with just neem in my garage grow area.

My only knock on Neem oil is that its an oil and will leave oil residue on the plants which makes it more difficult for the plant to breathe. Go light on the spray is my advice if you can

You inadvertently pointed out an idea I had. When it comes to acclimating clones from the dome to normal humidity, I wonder if spraying the plant with neem would help slow the aspiration process enough to not have to acclimate for extended periods of time...

I have tried it on a few clones, but nothing controlled enough to be conclusive. The ones I did try - none of them failed.
