I'm breaking in my dehydrator trying out some store bought jalepeno's and habanero peppers. I'm gearing up for the summer harvest when I will have an abundance of peppers that I do not want to go to waste. Other than sauces and salsa's I'm planning on drying many of them and making powders and rubs with the rest.
After 10 hours the habs look almost done but the jalepeno's still have a few more hours before they are finished. They were really large ones.
