I have 4 plants going in a small ~5 gallon container, and due to their recent growth explosion I need to get them moved into a larger container pronto.. They are all currently in 2 inch net pots. The only issue I can foresee with this is that they will need more support in the future than if I had used larger net pots. And fortunately that won't be an issue, are there any other problems with only using 2 inch net pots?

Ive got a 2 inch net pot currently holding up a 3ft plant. Ive moved it in doors. With wind it almost fell over. Now its holding to it self while I make a cage to support the plant. I feel putting the plant into a larger net pot and filling with more medium will cause damage to the roots. Try string the plant up some how.
Once I can get a proper setup inside rather than the corner of my garage tying it up for support shouldn't be a problem.
