Hey everyone, my name is Clayton and I hail from Wisconsin, the dairy state. I've always loved spicy foods, doing all those wing challenges you see on TV. I always thought that was as hot as it got until I recently discovered the chilihead community. Things like the carolina reaper, the trinidad moruga scorpion, and various other peppers sound so exciting to me. I've never tried anything beyond a jolokia, so I'm excited to see what this forum has in store for me to learn! I recently got a bunch of stuff I ordered from Blair's and posted a review of the jerky here
